Your Day With Temperature Control Systems
We live in a very spoiled society were our very touch is met with the feel of temperature control systems. When we go to work we feel it and then again when we get home. It seems so simple and common to us that we forget what a special gift it can be. To get a better understanding of it let us walk through the day. Not every thing will apply to everyone but it will help you understand temperature controls systems. This is your day.
You look out at the world today at the afternoon sun. Although the sun is shinning directly into your office it still feels as it did when you came in, a cool 76 degrees. In fact, it feels the same as the elevator you take down to your vehicle.
At ground level you briefly endure the heat as you find and crank your car. The first song is not done until that embedded air conditioning has started to chill the air. By the time you make it home your vehicle has even become quite chilly but its operation is just fine.
It must be 5:30 when you arrive home because you are greeted with the sprinklers going off but it is only a quick dash across the warm yard till you are safe in a cool house. You head upstairs for a quick shower before anything else. You merely step in when the perfectly warm water hits your skin and after a quick rise you head to finish up your day.
On your way back downstairs you stop in the kitchen and grab a quick glass of chardonnay and when finished make an ice water before moving on. The machine, of course, does not give out lemons but you will be fine with what you have. The humidity controller is perfect and your skin dries quickly thanks to the temp controls.
Your marine fish are looking rather happy today, swimming in their 86.5 degree ocean. Life is always pretty on their little reef, never changing.
When you step out back you are hit by the heat of the setting sun but you dive into the pool anyway; you know what awaits. That clear water that is neither warm or cool, just between as you had set it so you swim a few laps.
Done with that, you pop in for another glass of wine and settle into that warm hot tub to await your spouse.
Wow, that is quite a story but did you see how many times the temperature was manipulated? Go back and count them. Did you get 9? Try again. I did not even include the timed yard sprinklers. Oh, an do not forget the humidity as well. Yes, it is true. We manipulate the nature of our environment that often. Yes I did make up the story but it is not an unreasonable day by any stretch of the imagination. It is easy to see how much we use our temperature control systems.
